DJ Keemstar suing Microsoft for harrasment!
Yes, he's live streaming from [url=http://www.blogtv.com/people/dj-keemstar/]here.[/url] I guess MS thought his new Xbox Slim console was modded so they banned him.
EDIT: He went on his other Xbox and got banned on his other Xbox,too. He said he's filing a lawsuit on Microsoft for harrasment.

You could try being "assertive" and violate your membership agreement in an attempt to "entertain others" and see how "successful" that you are. It would be a fair comparison what DJ did. I would counsel and strongly recommend against it however. Because plenty of people have tried. Their "success" is a matter of interpretation. But the outcome was predictable. As is DJ's. And now we're finished with this. Too much back and forth bickering and I think that we all need to chill and try to calm down.

No matter the intention. There were other ways to go about that and the manchild picked the worst one. False claims = no no. 3. Pretty sure that's illegal. 4. As Recon said, Freedom of Speech doesn't protect you from the nasty consequences. And do you really think the majority, or hell, even a small portion of the Flood would support you and manchild when you belong to a griefing community?
