Borderless Window Not Aligned Correctly
Borderless Window mode will not align correctly on screen. It aligns about a 1/2in away from the top and about a 1/4in away from the left side. normal windowed mode does the same thing as well.
Also shows task bar over game in both modes.

Make sure the Taskbar isn't set to hide automatically. I removed that option and the screen now fits perfect on borderless windowed.

Yup have this problem too.. this is a terrible launch.
