When i load the game it takes me straight to the character creation, and i when i go to pick warlock(farthest right choice) the mouse just stops about halfway through the hunter sign. invisible walls yo. So i said "-blam!- it ill hunter then". Click hunter and go to customize. can scroll over race/gender and the other main thing but cant go over to the actual customization bits to the right. "Fine ill just make this one and come back later after changing settings". BOTTOM 1/5 OF THE SCREEN IS A INVISIBLE WALL TOO AND CANT CLICK FINALIZE! Can't go to the main menu to change settings and cant finish the character to do so in game. How would i fix this invisible wall thing?

I just got this error on my PC after an nVidia driver update. I think it had to do with a conflict between the resolution it wanted to run and my custom resolution (I use it to fill the screen optimally). I went to the nVidia GeForce Experience app and went to Games and clicked on the wrench in the right hand corner of Destiny 2 and chose my listed custom resolution it detected from the pull down menu, and now it works.

12 RepliesHi there, Are you still encountering this issue? Have you already attempted any troubleshooting steps? If you have not already, you may want to try the following troubleshooting steps: 1) Close and relaunch the Destiny 2 client and Blizzard application 2) Ensure you have updated your drivers to their most recent versions and accepted all Windows updates 3) Delete your existing CVARS.xml file using the guide here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/46407

3 RepliesHey i was having the same problem. I fixed it by opening nvidia experience and opening up home then navigating to destiny 2, then hit the little wrench next to the optimise button and change full screen to windowed and apply. Then launch and it should work.

I have the same issue. anyone fixed it yet? I bet deleting the character will help and going back to the very start of the game where you can do all the stuff again without the invisible wall. problem is there's no way to start the whole game at this moment. ? or if there is, I don't know which file to delete to restart the whole settings.
