How do I get ghost shells...
... with chance to obtain more faction consumables on X planet?

3 RepliesIf you've got Bright Dust, Tess sells Shells directly. The planet they grant bonus for seems to be fixed based on the shell, so you have a chance at Nessus and EDZ perks you are looking for until Tuesday morning.
