HOW TO SAVE DESTINY 2
How to quickly get time to save this game :
- Increase max “light” to 345 ( 350 with mods )
- Gear above 330 only drops from Prestige Raid , Trials and Iron Banner ( as well as exotic engrams gotten from this activities )
- Blues drop only at 300 or below
- Gear (legendaries or exotic engrams) from crucible, normal raid, strikes, public events, adventures and lost sectors drop Gear up to 330
This to make time to get a proper strikes playlist with each one having it’s unique weapon or piece of armor, new prestige raid weapons, 6v6 playlists in pvp ( and rumble ) as well as a couple more separate weekly playlists, tokens removed from the raid and exchanged for a weapon or an armor piece from each chest, loot cooldown completely removed from the game as well as less repetitiveness in drops, etc ...
Ps: Why didn’t I mention different rolls for the same weapon !? I want to trust that bungie will manage to make my 10 th Better Devils different then the last 9, if not well add rng perks to the list !
This game will only die if we let it , we can make a difference, all of us !

I like the suggestions, but majority of the people complaining now would still be complaining then. The same people complaining now are mostly the same people that complained all through D1.

10 RepliesEverything you mentioned should be on top of QUALITY CONTENT. More raids More strikes More locations I was sick of the strike list after day 3. Gear and all that will help, but if you're doing the same thing over and over in the same locations, it's all meh. It will never happen because the content we get is already set in stone at this point. Activision won't allow them to make this game what it SHOULD be.

This is a good idea - but since power level really doesn't matter that much. I don't think it would solve the overall problem With nothing but weekly raid or trials runs, weekly milestones, useless strikes and a hugely shallow loot pool: With no vendor; faction, crucible, vanguard or gunsmith weapons either ? Now. Obviously compared to the entirety of D1 (3 years worth) D2 sucks. But this IS D2's vanilla we're in ATM. So take it with a grain of salt.

2 RepliesI don't agree with your idea of a certain level of light only dropping on a prestige raid. This is because if that was to happen it would give no area or room for a single player progression and those who find it hard to get a team together

They should also make it so Hawthorn has her own loot table. People should not get raid weapons without actually doing the raid. It defeats the whole purpose of doing the raid. Same goes for Trials. Bungie doesn’t just cater to casuals. They cater to a specific type of casuals, and those are the quitters and crybabies. “Waaaah this is too hard! I can’t do it! I can’t do the raid! I can’t get the raid weapons! Waaaaaah!” If you [u]really[/u] want the raid weapons, you need to put in the practice, get better at the game, and [u]never give up![/u]

1 ReplyI agree that Destiny 2 is a broken game. Some people realized it right away. Weeks later the rest are catching up. Just another vanilla Destiny release with a slightly better story line and more to do yet lacking in achievement. Everyone has the same items and it was practically given to us, most of it is useless after reaching 305. But a simple fix, I have to disagree with. All dlc is more than likely coded to this version of Destiny 2. Now I'm no coder or developer, but from what I understand is that it will take at least until next fall before we see our suggestions implemented. A few along the way; possible. What do I know? I'm no expert but logically speaking, it will take time before we see any real changes. I would love a holiday update/dlc/expansion that was free. No, the fix to destiny 2 would be reverting the weapon system back to primary, secondary, heavy. No one likes this freakin kinetic energy and power crap

They could make three perk sets for each weapon that were the same balance and you had the same chance to get all of them at different times

If I don’t hear those things, there’s nothing to talk about and nothing to to compromise on. I don’t want 10 of the same damn thing no matter how good it is, that’s -blam!-ing final.

Take Activision and Bungie out of the equation and give everything to any of Sony elite devs or the likes of CDPR, R*, etc and BOOOOM.... GOTY material.

I’ve always suggested a “world boss” basically a raid boss that shows up once a week for fire teams to fight and collect special rewards. Limited time to complete, bullet sponge with some mechanics, beast hunter tracker emblem etc.

I can only speak for arcstrider and nightstalker so feel free to add on to my comment Arcstrider -Make it faster( pretty sure it's currently slower than Striker) NightStalker -Make it one shot again - tethering Guardians should cancel supers (This is all I can think of currently)

I agree with the OT completely. It’s an easy fix that makes the game worth it at least a bit in the downtime until DLC.

It will get to 350 on time after the “season pass”. If they upped it when you finished that you would be asking for 400
