I do think it's doing better than the numbers suggest. But I also think Bungie is worried. If they don't fix it, why would we buy Destiny 3? Or the expansion? They've completely lost our trust at this point, that should worry them.
This release can survive on microtransactions at this point, but the next one will need sales too. Will you buy the next one? I know I won't.

I quit Destiny back when TTK was in vogue. I wasn't even going to buy this one, but of course my friends eventually talked me into it. Now they've all abandoned the game anyway. So I probably won't be getting the third game unless something miraculous happens like Bungie actually delivering on what they promised in 2013.
