15 RepliesWhat's the matter? Can't make rent on your trailer?
-
Don't pre order if you don't like it
-
2 RepliesI'll never preorder any game from now on.... preorders are dumb when you think about it from the consumer point of view .
-
3 RepliesDon't pre order anything that has the name Bungie associated with it.
-
Yeah it's called don't preorder.
-
1 Replylmao shouldn’t have preordered something that you were unsure of mate
-
5 RepliesNext time the EULA gets updated you can choose to disagree with the terms and get a full refund. Research it online.

9 RepliesEdited by Forsz: 10/21/2017 5:37:56 AMYes, can someone please post how we can get our money back? This micro transaction thing is the last straw. I won't support this game any more. Period. Canceling an event for two weeks over an emote is ridiculous.

If you bought the two separately, yes. If you bought the deluxe edition thing, no. Reason? If bought separately, then you have not used the content yet of the DLC. If bought together as a package, you're SOL as you have used the content of what you bought. Returns on video games or any media are pretty cut and dry.

If you preordered the stand alone digital season pass expansions I/II from the Microsoft store you can get a refund. The link: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us#3:1:4 Then chat with a rep. You'll be prompted to sign in and then connect with a rep.

10 RepliesI hate myself for already buying the DLC.
-
Is there a release date yet on the first DLC?
-
I want a refund also...
-
4 RepliesRefund? Your consolation is a learning experience. Don’t ever pre order dlc before a game has even been released. I hope you’ve learnt your lesson?
-
2 RepliesWhen the EULA updates, if you do not accept, you can request a refund. It's stated in the EULA under "Changes to the Agreement"
-
1 ReplySo happy I didn’t buy the bundle. I’m not gonna buy the DLC’s until I start hearing some good news on the forums.
-
1 ReplyHaha what are you 12? Simple answer No! 👌
-
1 ReplyI agree with you, I would like a refund as well😡.
-
If it was a digital purchase you're out of luck. Don't know about physical copies.
-
2 RepliesIf you're in the U.K or Europe ? Yes, I think you can. U.S.A seems to have different consumer laws.
-
6 RepliesNo you cant
-
Yes you can, contact psn or xbl help. Well, actually sorry, if you're in Europe you can. US you can't. Elsewhere idk
