Honestly, if they just steadily coded and implemented (I have no developer experience) new weaponry and didn't let anyone know besides the constant weekly updates I'd be thrilled. Just imagine it: someone randomly finding a new legendary or exotic? At first no one believes them then another person finds it OR they find something else new! Add secret quests about collecting weapons lost during the red war and *sploosh* Do you want to get a fan base pumped? Because that's how you get fan base pumped! Sorry, I'm sure 2 archer references in one post breaks an internet rule somewhere.
