Unfortunately I had already clicked accept before I found this out but it turns out that if they change the EULA and you do not accept it, you are able to request a refund. It's in the EULA under the section "Changes to the Agreement". Thought I'd let people know just in case they were interested.

Edited by hexedcoder: 10/21/2017 6:48:17 PMThe EULA didn't change, and if it did they haven't posted it. The current one linked above is still from July 18. I don't remember if there was a check this website and accept before playing at launch, they just added it, or a lawyer said they needed to change some notification in their game.

Who are you going to ask for a refund? Bungie's EULA has no impact on the return policy of Microsoft, Sony, or whatever store you bought from.
-
11 RepliesI don't like that. Consumers should be smart with their money especially with entertainment, people shouldn't be abusing companies

We need to get this known! Keep posting this!

Edited by DBawner: 10/21/2017 2:22:56 PMThank you for this! I will give it a try! To be honest hitting them in the pocketbook is the only way we will see a change and see it fast.
