How is that cheating? They just made use of the game's possibilities. EDIT: Haha, people are downvoting the harsh truth? XD

  • Using that thought, wouldn’t pushing Atheon off the edge not be considered cheating? It’s using game mechanics after all. No, he knowingly used an exploit in the game to give him an advantage. It’s cheating. Do I think that it matters that much? No, most of the top 25 teams used it, but it is still a cheat.

Pushing Atheon of the edge is indeed not cheating. You have to kill him. There are no instructions on HOW that is suppose to happen. So pushing him off the cliff is a smart move if that kills him faster than shooting him. After that it is up to Bungie to decide if they want to remove the possibility of pushing him off the cliff. If pushing Atheon off a cliff is considered cheating, then it's also cheating if you're in a strike and running past the enemies to the next room. I'm sure Bungie didn't put those enemies in that room for people to run past them. Ddossing is cheating cause it uses mechanics OUTSIDE the game.

  • It‘s not cheating, it‘s exploiting.

  • Fine with me. Running past enemies in a strike is in that light also exploiting the game. Because we all know those enemies are so dumb they won't ever follow you and you're therefore skipping a part of the strike.

  • Nope, that‘s not an unintended bug, it‘s a feature. That‘s intentional. They give you the option of passing by sections to save time.

  • Where did Bungie state that?

  • Thed don‘t need to. If they want you to kill everything in a room, they‘re giving you that exact objective. If not, you‘re free to skip them. Simple. The ammo bug is a bug, that‘s why Cozmo adressed it as a bug/exploit. I think you should look up the definitions.

  • Fine with me. As long as these guys are not considered cheaters. They just made use of the possibilities within the game.

Their World‘s First still isn‘t legit though, that‘s all that matters.
