Because hunters had more reason to complain. Titans and warlocks had much greater strengths than anything a hunter could bring, and that never changed. Titans and warlocks were catered to, whenever they complained, and they DID complain, they got their way immediately, so they ended up complaining for far less time so it was perceived that they didn't at all. Whenever hunters got an edge, they got nerfed, and hard. And then they just got nerfed for the hell of it. Any nerfs that titans and warlocks got were so minuscule that they were barely noticeable.

I think Bungie is a biased developer Tbh. Most of there team is either a warlock or titan. (When i say team I mean there testing team)
