No i wouldn't. Don't assume sh1t. People don't like when Bungie gives shit away like candy. They like having to work for it. At the same time, people like their time being rewarded. Someone can get 5 packages and have all the armor. Someone else can grind for 30 and get none. The current system is Bungie handing out free candy to some people, and being real stingy with others. RNG is always going to be the worst possible system.
