I have a previous topic that got brushed under the mat. My iron banner season reward, aka emblem, and the chest piece vanished from my inventory this morning from the previous night of grinding Iron Banner. I have checked your policies for returning items and this is was not an accidental deletion or anything. I lost connection the night before after earning the rewards and then running around the tower for about 5 minutes. Due to getting kicked off the servers I just went to bed, but I now don't have my loot that I wasted time to get. I just want to know if i'm screwed or something can happen? PLEASE RESPOND!
