If you don't enjoy the game anymore you shouldn't play. The $100 is a sunk cost, so they already have that money and if you stop playing that money is gone. However, if you like the game, keep playing because Bungie won't be getting anymore money from you as they already got it. No point in not playing a game you enjoy just for principle, because that just hurts you.
