Hey Cosmo I was running the nightfall this week and basically what happened was we got to the boss (inverted spire) and we all died however we couldn’t respawn.Is this a glitch or something?

Happened to my fireteam as well. We had to go to orbit and start over. Not a biggie but a pain. I also run into a bug where my warlock would never complete the daily crucible challenges no matter how many matches i won. Always stuck at 67%. Wierd, but used to stuff like this with this game.
