Currently at 285 members, capping it at 3 groups (300 members) We lean slightly toward the causal side as everyone has the family and job that take priority but we try to make sure we get in 10+ hours per week. While at their own pace, all are expected to learn the raid. Always looking for more sherpas to help get everyone there. Only a couple dozen that do things like speed running the raids and pushing for flawless in trials. No rules other than common sense and to maintain the fun and stress free environment.
