After researching your account; you're actually just "bad". You only have one character to play IB on, so you get only 1/3 the rewards. On top of that; you're using a crap subclass and bad weapons. So I feel like your W/L isn't too good. Which would mean you're not getting enough tokens at all. Your points are very valid; but I wanted to give some insight as to why you may not be getting the gear you want.
