Buff Hand Cannons and Pulse Rifles

Hand Cannons - Lose the "ghost bullets". If you want us to fire slower, put the RoF at that speed, but I should be able to fire as fast as the gun allows and without relying on RNG for my shots to hit. - Increase the reload speed (faster), especially for low RoF. A revolver with a speed loader should not take almost as long to reload as a minigun. If you want to make the reload part of the difficulty of the gun, reward players who can reload/sprint cancel efficiently with a significant decrease in reload time. Pulse Rifles - Increase range. Pulse Rifles should not be getting outranged by Autos. Fix it. (I don't use pulse rifles too frequently, so for those who do, please leave other ideas below).

  • Year 1 was the best time destiny has ever had. There were only 3 hand cannons that were OP. The exotics ARE NOT in this game. Luck in the chamber IS NOT in this game. So if they're less damaging than their year 1 counterparts how would the removal of bloom all of a sudden make them OP? Their kill times won't change drastically. It'll just bring them in line with the rest of the weapons. And remember people stand together with their fingers up each other's asses so no really awesome hand cannon would stand up to the orgy of guys holding hands and shooting at you.
