Last week I bought the Hastilude exotic vehicle from Tess and right off the bat I noticed it was slow. My friend also bought 1 and we went to Winding Cove to "race". What I noticed is that he beat me by a mile every time even witha head start. Then he changed to a common from Amanda. And still his 140 was beating my "160" speed exotic by a couple feet. And yes I was using all of my boosts. I ran through the same test with different people and their vehicles and I still constantly fell behind. I haven't come across anyone else with the same issue, and I'm not asking for silver or anything, just an explanation.
