I've turned in 15 packages now trying to grind for the armor sets and have received 4 pieces of armor, 2 of which were duplicates.
I feel like I'm getting hit in the face with a bag of dicks every time I turn in 20 tokens.

But it's still SOMETHING. They've done nothing but advertise the Iron Banner's armor leading up to the event... and then you have about a 25% chance to get 1 piece, and then you get multiples of that piece? It would just be nice if we could purchase the armor directly, even if it costs 40 tokens instead of 20. I don't need a dozen of the same legendary boots / helm over and over and ovvvveeerrrrr.

Maybe just wait until the next IB or the one after that? Not everyone should get everything in this game. What a -blam!-ing boring game that would be. You're not supposed to get everything the first IB. You'll just be on here next IB or the one after complaining you have nothing to do.

I've got 3 characters I could run Iron Banner with. It's taken me 3 days to get 19 packages now which has resulted in 2 pieces of armor that aren't duplicates. That's a 10% chance of getting a useful piece of armor. They kept showing all the armor as the IB rewards, and then here we are getting 10 IB sidearms. I definitely understand not getting all the gear in one week, but at this rate it will be MULTIPLE IB events before I have what I'm looking for. Or I will have just moved on to a new game before then.

Why shouldn't it take multiple IBs to get all of the IB stuff?

Same here, got 5 arms, 4 legs and multiple guns duplicates.... I quit, I'll wait until they change things for the best.
