It's not the grind. I have put in around 20 hours in iron banner and don't have a full set on my titan and I am still missing a few of the weapons. We should be able to grind for 20 hours to get enough tokens to buy an armor set. And then another 10 or so to get the weapons. That's 30 hours in a week for gear. That's very reasonable. And 30 hours is winning 70% of your games.
