I'm feeling like this is an ongoing issue that Bungie won't really address. I have had a few silver purchases that weren't credited to my account. The first set totaling $35 and a second for $5. I have done the troubleshooting that Bungie provides and contacted Xbox Live Support for the first instance but was directed to Bungie because they have very little oversight over in-game currency purchases. My second purchase is still in limbo and I can't even get a status update to where my money has gone too. I see other user's post and it is really troubling that more isn't being done. Game mechanics are being patched on a weekly basis but Bungie feels they can take money from people without giving the product that was purchased.

This may be old but it’s still an in going problem. I’m playing destiny 2. I went to eververse in game and tried to buy silver. Got nothing but they sure got their money. I paid for 49.99 bundle. Same result as yours.

Still having this problem. $30 dollars worth and no silver. Multiple tickets to bungle and no answer. Worthless employees

I have the same problem. Also bought $35 worth of silver. Got my silver, opened some bright engrams, game crashed, lost all my silver. Maybe $35 is just an unlucky number. Either way Bungie should address these issues first.

2 RepliesDuring Destiny 1, I had to go to settings>change profile(log out log in via Destiny), and then it'd show up, it was iffy though and I decided not to mess with silver after that, sounds like that was a good idea on my part to avoid the silver now.
