My first exotic was Ghallajorn, and like most people I thought why would I use an exotic heavy.....so I deleted it.

My first Gjallarhorn came from doing Crota's End during House of Wolves, when I would grind the raid three times and do 32/34 Prison of Elders thrice to get JUST ONE. Of course, after the first one, I got two more very quickly. Witihin no more than two weeks of each other. F### you RNG. Then came the glory of killing Skolas... over and over to get the Mk. II weapons that'd drop.
