Iron banner tokens
Is it just me or should the reputation level up at like 10 tokens? Takes way to long to level up once with getting 5 for a win and 2 for a loss. Especially with 3 characters

You're also forgetting the fact that there are daily challenges that will net you 21 tokens per character and that not counting the tokens that you get for wins or losses. Sounds to me like everyone wants to be able to log in and have every weapon and armor piece waiting for them at the postmaster. You -blam!-ing ppl are ridiculous.

3 RepliesThe season package system is across three characters and no per character. Its an account system not a toon one, the daily stuff is per toon. Its not meant to be done in a day. I.E season reward

3 RepliesMy big question is what happens to tokens we don't use by the end of the event. Will be get to carry them over to next months IB like we did with the buffs and unfinished bounties. Or will it be like the Faction Rally and they get wiped at the start of the next event. Faction Rally I can understand, IB tokens that would more like theft and they already stole my favorite week each month with this poor excuse of the Iron Banner. I'd kill to see the original IB re implemented! (Oh wait that's what we do, do in IB kill, die, resurrect, start again)

But it was pretty quick for me with 3 characters because the Daily Iron Banner Milestone that gives 15 IB coins can be done on all 3 characters. So right there that is 45 coins just from the daily milestone. Plus that milestone is linked to the 3 challenges on the Iron Banner which you get 2 coins for each challenge you complete. So really you get 6 coins from the challenges used to get the 15 from the daily milestone. So in a way you could say the daily Milestone for Iron Banner gives you 21 coins. So if you have 3 characters you can easily get the 63 coins a day from just the Daily Milestone just by bouncing around your 3 characters. If you got those 63 coins from your 3 characters each day of the Iron Banner Event, that is a total of 441 Tokens which is 22 Packages from Saladin. 441 Tokens in a week plus all the tokens you will get from just winning or losing every match really is a lot of Tokens which is a lot of packages.

4 Repliesit would take a min of 30 something games to reach the milestone of 10 packages, if your doing all the challenges and winning every game. for 3 characters thats 90-100 games if your losing a lot that goes up 3 fold to 90 -100 games without any challenges, on a single character to 270-300 games if you got all 3 toons. Just this grind would kill off anyone doing a 2nd IB Its not a good change compared with the d1 IB system. that XP buff really helped other characters.

An emblem... well I'm not interested in that, terrible weapons, or reskinned destiny 1 rise of iron armor so I guess I won't be wasting my time with IB.

24 RepliesEdited by Skyline: 10/11/2017 1:35:08 AMYea without bounties like in D1 its alot harder since you have to play 10 games instead of 4 if you are solo queuing I have noticed today already. It was easy to get rank 5 playing solo with doing the bounties but now is just too many games to get 1 piece of armor or gear. Plus the Iron Banner loot pool not having drops in game makes it even worse.

Daily challenges give you a bunch, then Saladin gives you another 15 for doing all 3. If you do em in one game, thats 26 tokens - 5 for a win, 6 for challenges and 15 from Saladins rep bundle.

1 ReplyI feel like it should be 13 per rank up. It's not completely handed to you, however, it isn't very tedious to achieve.
