So I think I have a few of you beat on the lack of gear being dropped. I believe we've now had at least 3 IB events and possibly 2 Faction Rallies since launch, which I've grinded my way from one engram to the next. The amount of duplicates I'm getting is effing astounding!! So far I've only received about 2 IB and about 5 FR armor pieces. I ended up with boots and a helmet from FR for my Hunter and boots, chest, and gauntlets for my Titan. Then from IB only boots for both Titan and Hunter. WTF? I'm a D1 day 1 player, I enjoy playing the game more than most other newer titles. I've made friends playing, and even got my brother to play regularly. What I don't understand is why am I getting drops for gear that was released in the base game? Shouldn't there be a higher chance of getting the gear from that event? I don't understand Bungo, why do you continually disappoint your loyal fan base? Or do we just believe in different RNG-sus'? I'm completely disappointed with the lack of content for this game. I thought maybe D2 was going to be much more grand than it's predecessor, yet here I am, 4 months into year one and I'm bored as hell. So bored in fact I've not played in a few weeks and am actually boycotting all further events until this game goes through some serious changes. I'm sure a few of you can say the same. I'm sure Bunghole doesn't care about the voice of one random dude on the internet, their end goal essentially is to make money, but guys, y'all -blam!-ing shit up and losing a large amount of your players! Get good and be better.

42 Iron Banner engrams later and still no shoulders for my Titan, it's nice to see that on pc the 1 time the Iron Banner comes up like faction rally I will not be able to complete the full set because I am missing 1 piece from the set. What a joke loot system, I like the look of the armor sets they are great but not being able to complete a set in 1 week time before it's possibly no longer available is stupid. And I am not even getting on the fact that Sweet Business will not drop for me at all because of a bug that says I already have collected it and will ban it from dropping. Please fix your issues but you won't lets get real here you will postpone all bug fixes till a later date and ignore all posts. Thanks Bungie.

Completed every Daily Iron Banner Challenge, and am currently up to 38 packages collected and still have not obtained shoulder armor for my Titan. This has just become an endless grind with no reward in sight. The helmet dropped 4 times, Greeves 3 times, Mark 3 times Chest 2 times and still not one shoulder armor. This is beyond ridiculous. At this point I’m done with the Iron Banner.

I have opened 20 packages. Received every armour piece twice except my shoulders for my titan. As well as countless weapon duplicates. I am convinced there is a system to keep you from getting all the pieces in one iron banner session and that makes me very sad. Please fix this. Please give me the shoulders, I will play so much more and be a far happier customer if I can just complete this set. It is making me seriously dislike the game after honestly having very little complains thus far. Thank you Bungie employees. Please send me some in the post master! And maybe anyone else who has hit a certain amount of packages deserves to not get duplicates before they complete a full set.

I have a combined Iron Banner rank of 20 (3 hunters) but have not seen a single helmet or arm piece. But hey, at least I have: 3 Hero's Burden (That is after I dismantled one or two) 3 the Wizened Rebuke 2 The Guiding Sight 2 The Day's Fury 2 IB Cloaks 2 IB Boots That is right... in 20 drops I have seen 5 armor pieces and 2 were duplicates. (┛◉Д◉)┛彡┻━┻ What was wrong with how IB worked in destiny 1? I am fine with tokens but I want to choose either an Armor Engram or a Weapons Engram. 15 Weapons and 5 Armor pieces would seem to be extremely unbalanced. Please fix this.

F u bungie, seriously your loot system is NOT rewarding at all and iron banner is not fun at all, dont even get me started on all the bugs n it, but i suffer through it to get the armor, keyword SUFFER. Between 3 warlocks 100+ pacakges and i still cant get some warlock ib boots. And no ib rewards when u complete a match whose retarded idea was that? Heres a brilliant idea let me use the tokens or legendary marks to buy the armor, way more simpler programing than ur terrible rgn bs. U asses better extend ib to make up for this bs so i can get my fing boots.

Destiny 2 is honestly dieing due to bungie taking every step theu made with D1 and literally going back to step one and undoing everything

I agree, the amount of tokens is low and even if you have them it is like using a slot machine in Las Vegas with lower odds

I have to add my voice to the chorus...this whole Iron Banner was really botched from top to bottom. A reskinned Crucible with a slot machine reward system. Despite that, I played enough to complete the 'goal' of turning in 10 packages hoping I would get some of the armor...and got a pile of stuff I didn't want and one pair of boots. And an emblem. Yay. I thought D1 went through a whole redesign to remove random rewards in favor of giving players something to work up to, specific gear to aim for...what happened to that? Why remove one of the better fixes and revert to a seriously broken D1 loot system? Completing D1 Iron Banner felt like an accomplishment. This felt like a waste of time.

That was one of the best parts of old school Iron Banner. The random loot drops at the end of matches were IB gear, and they were at a powerful light level. Even if they were duplicates you could use them to infuse other gear. The bonuses for leveling up IB were icing on the cake.

I have three characters, one of each class. I have been grinding Iron Banner for 6+ hours a day every day it’s been active. I reached the milestone on all three characters every single day. I have opened 49 packages from Saladin, one on my Hunter, but the other 48 on my Titan. I am still missing the gauntlets for my Titan and I feel like there’s no chance of getting a complete set. Saladin has found it funny to give me at least 5 of every weapon and at least 10 Wizened Rebukes but for whatever I cannot acquire the gauntlets.

Because there is no content to play other than IB and they are trying to fluff their numbers... this game is tanking fast and it's completely on Bungie and Activision. I was wondering if Activision was behind it in an attempt to bolster CoD sales... not happening here. CoD has been trash for years. I will never buy another CoD game... ever. 1 hours campaign and endless PvP cheats and shit lobbies... no thanks. D1 had it right. D2 is a bad joke that has no punch line.

40 engrams later still no chest piece or arms for me. Helm 4 times boots at least 2 bond 5 . Biggest thing that bothers me is there are regular item in the iron banner loot table. So I grinf matches to rank up and get a droo that all the other vendors can give me.

I think I must of been lucky then reading some of these posts. I had all the gear drop to fully kit my warlock by rnk 10, Ive since started on my hunter and am now at rnk 28 and am only missing gauntlets which I hope [u]WILL[/u] drop for me tonight. I have had all the guns over and over, which is nice co sit means I can dawn that sweet AR on all 3 characters. RNGesus loves me again ;p Very happy with that as the IB gear is the best looking armor so far IMHO. And im now well stocked up on IB shaders. my worry is on the next IB run i'll do the same with my Titan and then I'll have no reason to join IB anymore :/ There will be nothing to grind for, and TBF is has been a fun grind. There does need to be a way to achieve adept versions of the gun's. I dunno maybe by number of kills with said gun? Emblems representing said guns would be nice that display crucible kill count with said gun. Kind of like the Battlefield dogtags. Then theres a good reason to continue plaing IB once you have everything. because you want that veteran emblem for The Forward Path :) I also hope that when IB finishes th eRnk doesnt reset on the current emblem. I want that to increment each time.
