An exploit has been discovered in the Leviathan Raid that causes the encounters to be stripped of their intended challenge. To allow time to fix this issue, we are delaying the start of the Prestige Raid until next week. It’s important to us that the team who earns World First status doesn’t have their legacy tarnished by doubt, skepticism, or uncertainty.
The new start time for the Prestige Raid is Wednesday, October 18, at 10AM Pacific.

To be fair stripping encounters of thier intended challenge is a time honored tradition in Destiny raiding. The people who find the cheeses are the true heroes with the lasting legacy. We all remember the cheeses long after we forget who got world first on any particular raid. We expect that first launches of Destiny raids are buggy, we’d be skeptical if anyone told us this one was any different and the only uncertainty is how long the cheeses take to be found. Not complaining, keep those cheeses coming, but this doesn’t seem like a reason to delay the raid for everyone.
