Guided games and raid checkpoints not saving
We successfully got a raid team together through the guided games, which I think is a cool idea and it operated quickly. However we reached Calus and 3 members needed to leave, we all voted to abandon for no penalty. We then successfully added 3 new members to the fire team while still in game. We tried one time and when trying to spawn back in one member couldn't spawn (fairly common glitch). We returned to orbit to get our member back, but when going back into the raid no checkpoints were saved and we need to complete the entire raid over again. We tried going back in through guided games and still no checkpoint was saved. None of the current fireteam members had a valid checkpoint. It's a little frustrating but I guess some things still need to be smoothed out. Be warned when using guided!!!! I plan on just using app or console to find people until there is a fix.

1 ReplyWe did a guided raid the other night and got to Calus one of are members got disconnected so we all decided to come back and try the next day. We all got to gather and went to the raid and in to the under belly and up to Calus's door and guess what door locked. Looking at check point and there was none. After that we all decided we would not rerun the raid for just the last boss drops no point in taking hours to get just one drop. Also we will NEVER use guided for the raid its kind of a slap in the face to a guild who have 5 people in the raid and pick up one person with guided game make it to the end and have no check points and need to start all over. By the way it are case it was the guided parson that disconnected in are run not to his fault. So as posted above BE WARNED no check points if you run guided game!!!!! and last note to Bungie thank you so much for putting the WORST part off MMOs in to the game and making ever worse waiting around to do some thing. The person we picked up waited in orbit for 5hr to get in and could not do anything else. that sucks
