I just tried this exotic myself and oh my god it is ridiculous in pvp.
Basically you aim at a target for a while and he will be marked. If he hides behind cover, you can see his every movement.
Is he running away? Give chase and shoot his back.
Is peeking out? Shoot him the moment when he only got his view half out.
Foetracer is an approved wall hack by Bungie. Its one thing to have bonus perks and another thing to have GAME MECHANICS advantage perks. Because they arent playing within the rules of the game anymore.
Then hunter also has knucklehead radar which gives radar access for any aimed weapon.
Warlock has what? Cooldown perks that do shit. Or 0.5 secs faster sprint. And melee gauntlets.
I believe titan dont have any pvp exotic as ridiculous as hunters too.
Now im complating if i should main hunter for pvp instead.

you know that if a hunter with this looks at you, you will get a tracked cooldown, why are you peeking around a corner when your tracked? thats all your fault
-
Please, don't be a hunter. You'll make the rest of the hunters look bad.

The fact your just now angry about this cause it’s an exotic, and not the fact that you could mark people and see them marked through walls in D1, it’s outrageous. Where were you in D1 with nightstalkers keen scout? And your fine with current keen scout but not foetracer? Makes no sense... And warlocks can instantly heal with devoured and Nazarecs sin isn’t that bad either. With strarfire protocol, grenade kills instantly regenerate your Rift. And healing Rift is very helpful.

2 RepliesEdited by Soupreem: 10/9/2017 8:27:50 PMHeres somebody summoning me over the one single thing hunters have in PvP that isn't complete trash compared to everything else on other classes. Nothing to see here, move along. Edit: I just discovered that OP is the person wanting emotes nerfed...

3 RepliesOoh buddy have you even seen the Synthoceps? Titan melee range goes from two feet to the outer reaches of the solar system. And then there's the aberration that is the Mask of the Quiet One. Warlocks already got some ridiculous stuff. Lunafaction Boots for optimal DPS everywhere, Skull of Dire Ahamkara so that once you throw a Nova Bomb you can get another Nova, and then just the entire Mark of the Devourer skill tree. What even is that?

1 ReplyMaybe you should be "complating" buying a dictionary?

Edited by Hazuki: 10/9/2017 8:22:33 PMWarlocks: The best class by far, but the exotics aren't as crazy; they're usable. "Meh" exotics because it's a trade-off for playing the best class in the current meta. Hunters: The worst class. Not even an argument. The exotics, however, are very good; it balances out. A trade-off for playing the worst, if not the most unsafe class in the current meta. Wait! You forget to ask for the mida to be banned.

2 RepliesDon’t know why your complaining, it’s the worst exotic in the game for hunters. It’s not that helpful and I would rather use other exotics
-
Weird its almost like the nightstalker perk.
-
You are aware the was a subclass perk in D1 that did the same thing, right? Everyone was fine with it back then.
-
Hunter is the class designed for PvP Everyone knows that Same in D1 So what
-
Sounds like it's par the course what an exotic item should do. Bend the rules of the game ever so slightly to provide something that would not be possible (or just really difficult) without.
-
Oh stop being such a damn cry baby. People like you are the biggest reasons why we had so many 1 weapon metas and nerfs in destiny 1,now you idiots are going to do the same damn thing to this game. It's like you idiots never learned your lessons from the previous game.
-
It's more difficult to use effectively then you make it sound. Yeah it pairs well with MIDA but given the choice I'd rather have knucklehead over foetracer for most other weapons until they come out with more weapons that have third eye.
