Trauma sustained as a child has a profound effect on a person. These types of situations can cause severe psychological, social, and developmental problems. It's safe to this that this incident will haunt this kid until the day he dies, while the sociopaths monsters that caused this will be completely unaffected. I didn't grow up going to the swimming pool in fear of getting my pants pulled down. This is not a common prank to just rip somebody's clothes off and expose their nether regions. Right now, if I were to find a girl, strip off her pants at a swimming pool, I'd be carted off straight to juvie. If it were the girl, I doubt anybody would care as much as they did if it were me. You also have to take into account that he is ELEVEN. He's a prepubescent who most likely has no idea what sex is. Though there is no evidence that he hasn't. I was given the "talk" at 12.
