OK so im going to respond to your unnecessarily long post by stating a few simple facts: 1) Timers ARE valid difficulty increases. Are you struggling to get the nightfall done in the time alotted? Then that means it is DIFFICULT. 2) You are correct that removing timers would not affect anyones style of play in any way. I wont argue that point. However, it is a trade off. Bungie removed all of the numerous modifiers nightfall used to have and just placed a timer in the strike allowing you to just worry about that ONE thing and possibly an elemental burn modifier or something. 3) Can the nightfall be challenging without a timer? yes it can. Is it challenging with the timer? Yes it is. Bungie set it up this way get used to it or stop playing. No amount of complaining is going to change that. 4) Your statements about comparing the nightfall to Super Mario 64 made you look stupid. Sorry just stating facts. Comparing a single player game that has as many levels as what it does to an MMO hybrid FPS is just stupid. So to sum everything up stop complaining and whining because the game isnt how you want it to be or just stop playing so you dont annoy us with your whiny complaints.
