How Do I Join a Faction?
I stayed up all night for a 14.5 hour stream beating D2 on my Hunter (my second character) and now I'm at the Tower. :)
Question: How do I join a faction?
Each of my characters from D1 was a member of a different faction, and I'm carrying that tradition over into D2. My Titan is already a member of New Monarchy; he joined the day Faction Rallies were introduced. I can't figure out how my Hunter can join Dead Orbit as there's no faction quest and talking to the faction representatives does nothing.
Help please.

And yeah, OP; I'm going to have to wait to join a Faction with my Alts until the next Faction Rally. Which is yet another load of crap IMO.

Seems a lot of you are saying the same thing, that a faction can only be joined during a faction rally. Bah. I don't see why factions can't be joined at any time. I would understand if rewards could not be earned except during a rally, but not being able to join at all is irksome. Guess I'll just have to wait for those emblems.

The ability to join a faction and compete in the faction rally finished on Tuesday.

2 RepliesYou can't right now. Only during faction rally events which one just ended. At least that is my understanding.
