Did the raid yesterday (October 3rd). Played on PS4. Finished the raid after a network issued that booted me out of the raid as well as going back to orbit after one of the encounter. Did NOT login to other character nor create a new character. Noticed the keys disappeared 2 hours after the raid. Lost all 3 keys. Aqueduct key was one of them. This is easily re-producible in both test or live environment. I can show this on my other character if you want. After reading comments in this forum I am guessing that it may be one of two reasons. 1) items override keys 2) network communication issue. I'm more surprised that Bungie has not be able to identify this issue already. Anyways I was really pissed that it happened to me lastn night. I know Bungie will not be able to help me for this week and I just lost 3 chests. Other developers who encounter bugs like this may recover the items for their community but i doubt Bungie will. Bungie, you can kiss good bye to those micro-transactions from me.
