This has happened to me two weeks in a row now. I beat the raid [u]AFTER[/u] reset/maintenance, and DID NOT switch/create characters before, during, or after the raid. Beat Calus, went to tower to turn in tokens, etc. when I check my inventory, keys were gone. They are not with the postmaster, in the vault, nothing. What the hell, Bungie?
