Caydes chests
I just opened my third chest and got nothing. Don't think it is fixed like it was said to be with today's update. Also I did not open anything except for caydes chests
Edit: I had thought I saw that they were going to have it fixed in the 10/03/17 update, but now I can't find it anywhere, so I may have imagined it or something.

3 RepliesI opened one of Cade's chests the other day and it seemed totally empty. Then I noticed that the engrams had fallen down over a ledge, so I jumped down to grab them without thinking and went out of bounds. They did not show up at the post master either. Two engrams, one rare, one legendary, lost forever. After doing some research I discovered this: https://www.egmnow.com/articles/news/destiny-2-player-unravels-the-mystery-of-empty-cayde-6-chests/ I'm not sure if there is anything that we, as players, can do to avoid losing loot from these chests, but at least we know about this problem now. Between this and the timer on chests, I must admit I'm disappointed.

Eventually he will be given more things for us to buy that’s Bungies Long term marketing plan!

1 ReplySo about those, did you look inside the box? I just had one I thought was empty. Stood there for a sec, nothing. Moved closer to inspect it for some odd reason. Actually saw 2 engrams in it, at that point I was close enough to literally pick them up from [i]inside[/i] the chest.

Do public events, patrols or lost sectors between chests. I've gotten purples the past couple weeks and a goldie this week. Don't rush them.

Might as well have been empty. All I got from every single one was stuff almost 10 levels lower than I am. Waste of time and glimmer.

First one I opened today was empty, after opening a Public Event chest followed by a high profile target chest. Definitely not fixed.

Out of the 5 I opened only two actually had shit In them. The two that did have things in them were two blue mods. Complete bullshit

1 ReplyI opened 2 of the Cade’s stashes, and they worked perfect. Decided to go to the tower, did a few things there... went back to the EDZ, opened my third one... and NOTHING. Decided to try one more... and NOTHING again. Pretty frustrating.

I don't buy those maps, they are 4500 glimmer (?) and you don't get anything close to that investment. Half the time you get nothing, the other half you get caydes lucky rabbit foot that goes for a cool 100 glimmer.

First 2 Cayde chests were completely empty. Shut down Destiny and then logged back in. Next chest had rare arms and a letter fragment. Next one had a rare armor mod. Last one had a rare titan mark. All this sweet loot and for the low, low price of 25k in glimmer. Sort your shit out, Bungle

2 RepliesIt wasn't even in the patch notes so I don't think anything has been done. I got 1 glimmer thing for Cayde in one chest. Essentially means I paid 4200 glimmer for 200 glimmer so worth.

Logged into Destiny 2. Made it to the tower after the almost obligatory 5 x error codes and booted from game. Buy 5 x Cayde chest loot locations. Fly into EDZ. Do not collect any materials or open any chests. Open 1st Cayde chest for the week. Receive Nil, Zip, Zero, Nothing. No glimmer, no weapon, no armor. Really Bungie??????? Have fun and may RNG be forever in your favor.
