Best weapons FWC
Coolest looking armor New Monarchy

I think this initial rally was a test from Bungie to see if it will work. By stacking FWC with the best weapons and an engram glitch plus giving NM the best looking armor and shaders. Since DO still won, we may of seen the only faction rally to take place.
