Heroic Public Events Unplayable Due To Retarded Player Base (Poll)?
Simple poll for today. Are public events being ruined by retards who are too stupid to learn triggers? I mean Yes they can be done solo, but nothing is more enjoyable than having a full group of people knowing what they are doing :)

4 RepliesHow about instead of blaming people for not knowing something not mentioned in the game you blame the devs for not informing the players? I love a good mystery but this isn’t Dark Souls. Tell Bungie to add tooltips or deal with players who don’t know.

I find 90% of the time people know what they are doing and when they don't mehhh still get exotics sometimes its not anything to stress over or call "retards" on, some people just play to shoot space monsters in the face after work to de-stress

20 RepliesI wish there was a way to 'speed message' other players.. Or there was something like proximity chat so they could hear me speak. Was doing the Hive ritual event on Titan and there was three other level 20 players with me and no one knew to even stay on the plates, let alone shoot the crystals. I tried to tell them by shooting and hitting them to get their attention, and shooting the floor where they should stand.. But they didn't get it. It's also annoying when no one will spawn for a public event and you end up having to do it yourself. You manage to get it to Heroic and fight the boss.. And then right at the end like 4 guardians rock up and reap the rewards when you've done all the work. :/

3 RepliesYou cannot blame someone who buys the game and plays it unaware. There are no requirements from the game stating that all new players need to read and understand the mechanics before playing. You learn the heroic mechanics in time.

Other than exp, I've seen no difference in exotic drops between normal and heroic events. Hell, you can activate the event and not even do it and still get an exotic.
