I'm honestly wondering if anyone reads our constructive criticisms & feedback.
Going through the forums there are a lot of people who are posting great topics with ideas on how to improve the game, hell myself included but it feels like we are being ignored.
What's the deal?

probably have better luck in the #Feedback section.

if its on reddit, grammar and spell checked, well written constructive feedback, then yeah ! Over here in the salt mines, nope. Radio Silencio

The community managers do. They filter out all the salt and trolling and the few nuggets that are left get reported to the producers. From that decisions are made as to whether something will be changed or not. This process can take some time. The last thing you want to do is make knee-jerk reactions to things. Once development time is approved, it could take a few days to a few months to make the changes, depending on the complexity. Once those changes are rolled into the main build, and that build has a likely release window, then and only then will they actually confirm that its coming. I know its frustrating from the user perspective when it feels like the developer isn't listening, simply because they haven't produced a change based on user feedback yet. But they are listening.

1 ReplyI wish bungie would put out a list of “constructive feedback” versus bitching and whining posts. I’m sure the latter would be more

They read and reply to feedback on Reddit, but not here.

I like cozmo. But he only ever responds to posts they bungie deems fixable or changable. If its too far fetched even if its reasonable. They wont reply.

Cosmo responded to a bunch or stuff a few days ago.

Just stop playing. I will remove this nice heap of crap after I have beat Calus. The raid is good entertainment, but the rest is a waist of time.

They respond. Most of the time not directly and even if they do, not in a way to specifically address the issue. Read the TWAB where they talk about MIDA and empty loot chests. Luke responded on twitter about shaders. They replied about capping progression when using same class dupes and how Powerful Gear was the only way to increase power end game and other technical issues or general misunderstandings about how the game works. As far as features that need to be added, they probably won't let much out about what they're working on. For reason I won't even try to explain but if it were my company, I wouldn't promise something and then not be able to deliver.
