True Prophecy is actually pretty good in PvE. It just wrecks things. Someone on here mentioned Timed Payload doesn't split its damage the way Explosive Payload does.
I still want a Better Devils though. It's the closest thing to Devil You Know as I can get to.
But you only get like 1 Crucible token per match :^/

Explosive rounds don't split damage. I don't know where people get that idea. A gun does kinetic damage, and ADDITIONAL explosive damage if it has the perk. Take two guns with similar impact and range, one having explosive rounds perk, and shoot something. The kinetic damage will be similar, if not identical.

I had two and I accidentally deleted the other one.. Now my hunter has to deal with old fashioned.

Competitive shell It is a random drop though, but just doing Call to Arms for 4 matches and maybe 2 extra matches with the Competitive shell equipped, I get a full rank worth of crucible tokens.

If it drops for me, I'll keep that in mind.

Yeah I figured it wasn't the same as Explosive Payload. If there is a max impact handcannon with Explosive Payload it could be very deadly in PvE

I don't doubt it. Timed Payload's pretty nice though. An archetype like Better Devils with Timed Payload and 13 rounds in the mag would be very nice. I do think HCs could use a bit more range tho.

Yeah that is true, it doesn't slip. Also I recommend trying to get the crucible clan engrams, that's where I got mine

I always grab clan engrams when I can. I'm rarely lucky though lol. It'll drop for me eventually.
