This issue is not just happening when players create or switch to other characters. I only have one character created in D2. It happened to me right after I finished my first raid. When we spawned back into the raid for the chests, my keys were gone. This, I'm sure, has happened to many players who only play with one character as well. PLEASE FIX!!!!!
