The little burn is really boring. The top tree is boring becaue it just makes you reload quicker and the bottom tree perk is highly situational, weak, and easily wasted. Waiting a a minute and a half for a little sizzle iritates me, at least make it an cone AOE. Im supposed to be a space wizard.

Bascially what Solar wind from D1 sounded like it was going to be. The charging mechanic is already in place with voidwalker's grenade consumption and chaos accelerant. Just retexutre the void hand to a solar hand.

I like the idea of bringing back Solar Wind. Fun to use in PvE and potentially pretty powerful near environmental hazards, and allowing outplay potential in PvP. Sure as hell would be more fun than the existing "reload and movement speed buff" one. As for the alternate idea, it's neat but out of the scope of a melee ability. Sounds like a sick exotic perk though!
