Devrim Kay does not accept EDZ Tokens or other items
I cannot give any more EDZ tokens to Devrim Kay (the marksman on earth).
Notes:
I leveled him once.
I have about 20 tokens in inventory.
I`ve done 2-3 quests around him.
I`ve completed one mission on titan and can do the second one (Riptide).
My milestones are : Complete 2 crusible and do Riptide on titan.
The game still gives me EDZ Tokens, but Kay does not take them.
I`m Warlock lvl 14.
Questions:
Is this normal?
Should I do more Milestones to proceed?
Is Kay Locked up (Bugged)?
Any Advice?

Thanks![/quote] Perfectly normal. You have to be level 20 to obtain the engrams from any vendor in the game. Once you get to level 20 you will be able to continue to receive engrams from planetary vendors. Good luck!

6 RepliesI believe you have to be lvl 20 to get the rankup reward awaiting you with him. Then, once obtained, he will accept your tokens.
