That's why guided games for raids wasn't a good decision, my experience with Nightfalls alone has me put with silent players who can barely hold their own, and in a raid where as of right now you need participation from everyone, getting put with randoms who have no idea what they're doing is a big mistake.

While Guided Games has its flaws, teaching people to raid is not a mistake, rather it's the entire point. If you don't want to teach people, you probably need to find another method to fill the fireteam (i.e. lfg on Bungie.net, Xbox Live or any of the other LFG sites). Having said that, I am not saying I think Bungie went about Guided Games the right way at all. Just trying to state Bungie's intentions for it... as a platform to get more people both learning and actuall doing the raids, essentially.
