I am dumb founded by how this is being handled by your company. Not only is this a loot based game, but there is a glitch/error for the ONLY raid in the game ATM, you have people spending hours and hours to complete the raid only to have all the rewards ripped away from them. We aren't expecting immediate solutions, but at least reply with something, this is absurd. Not Blizzard, not SoE or any of the bigger names would ever handle their customers like you guys are handling, get it together bungie.
