What is the difference between the Prestige Nightfall and Normal?
I know the time limit goes from 22 minutes to 17 and I am assuming the guys have more health. Is that it?
Also, what is the difference in rewards vs normal?
I'm a 299, is that high enough to attempt it or should I wait and hit 305?

More shielded and yellow bar enemies I believe, less time, more damage etc. I would be 300 or above before attempting.

Less time Enemies are tougher And locked loadouts Are the main differences.
