Empty chests with Cayde treasures maps?
Hi
I have opened several chests on Io thanks to Cayde treasure maps but 2 of them were completely empty - no animations, nothing. Is normal or is it a glitch?

[edit] These maps are they a one-time thing or do they come back on a regular basis?

1 ReplyEdited by Valkenr: 9/27/2017 10:53:20 PMThere appears to be a global chest loot cooldown. I guess there was a glitched chest and Bungie decided to nerf everything than fix the bug. Pace yourself, don't go run all the Cayde-6 chests in 10 minutes. Loot 1-2 then go do an event or Lost Sector. Also they appear to be tied to the random chests, so don't run the chest radar consumable. Destiny is all about taking hardcore players, and bottle-necking the crap out of them so the casual player doesn't feel like they're missing out on anything.

Yeah the chests have a cooldown timer on them. For me, I ended up unlocking chests one and two then went and done some strikes and events before getting three and four. Took a half an hour break and came back for remaining chests. The treasure maps can only be done on one character every week. You will get another set of maps on reset.
