In Destiny 1, this was achieved by removing the High-Caliber Rounds perk. Although this solution hurt its PvE performance, it felt somewhat balanced in the Crucible.     Lmao ah the downvotes just for trying to discuss it. I'm for same as D1. No hcr. The ones that claim that broke it in D1 are just wrong. Unless their argument is you can't stun lock with it in pve anymore. In which case I'd say that's not the point of a mobility weapon
