[spoiler][url]http://db.destinytracker.com/d2/en/items/1331482397-mida-multi-tool[/url][/spoiler] If Bungie is attempting to achieve weapon balance throughout the Destiny ecosystem, MIDA needs to be reined in. In Destiny 1, this was achieved by removing the High-Caliber Rounds perk. Although this solution hurt its PvE performance, it felt somewhat balanced in the Crucible.
