I always tried to help the Fallen and Cabal against the Hive since they're pretty much pure evil. I know it doesn't mean anything because it's a game and they won't notice and they'll just keep respawning, but I don't know.
I always felt for the Cabal after reading that grimoire or flavor text (can't remember where I read it) about them being regular soldiers weary from months of deployment. Just going where they're told to go; waiting to go home and see their families. Humanizes them somewhat. Always thought it'd be cool to find myself pinned down back to back with a squad of Cabal and fight to the end. Same with Fallen really.

In the quest on Titan "enemy of my enemy" you can actually choose to only shoot the knight that is fighting the captain. I won't say what happens after if you wanna find out yourself.

I hope I didn't already do that...I feel like I may have and my friend blew them both up because he doesn't give a shit about story at all.

Edited by Avelithe: 9/27/2017 2:33:52 AMHow badass would that be, to fight a common enemy with Cabal or Fallen in a moment of desperation? I can see this happening in some finale for the franchise. I think at this point, it's inevitable that we will one day ally with Fallen. There's far too many not-so-subtle hints now. Cabal? Not so sure. We need more moments with them that'll lead up to a potential alliance like we did with that one friendly Captain, haha. We shall see.
