This could be fixed easy if they just added 1 more mod slot for legendary weapons and armour, u could then really have an ability to customise your loadout, they could even have it so u was only aloud 1 purple mod and 1 blue, what's that u say u want armour with solar defence and quick reloaded of your kinetic ! U pick it ! After all isn't this what we had in D1 ? But just randomised ?
