On Xbox One, I tried to launch my game for two days and end up with the message "Do you own this game or app?" I have contacted Microsoft and tried everything they suggestion from reinstalling my game three separate times to resetting my Xbox to default factory settings. After over 4 hours of trial and error, A Microsoft representative has suggested me to put this issue on the Bungie.net forum.

Ended up getting a refund and purchase the game again.
