The Nightstalker nerf is retarded

I main warlock and not even hunter but i can easily say that nerf is so stupid that nerf will drastically affect PVE and i hate it hunters are becoming more useless for boss fights now, bungie needs to stop trying to nerf and buff everything unnecessarily it's stupid and frankly they are horrible at doing it, they either buff and make it OP or nerf and make it shit there's no middle ground for them. Who agree's the nerf to Nightstalker was stupid?

  • This weeks night fall with the decreased cool downs makes the Nightstalker very viable. I used my invisibility to avoid countless death, revive, skip enemies and hack the towers without having to kill any enemies. But i don't see a use of it outside of this very specific situation.

    • Nightstalker feels a lot more technical now. I love it, I just wish I had a better distribution of Exotic Armor for it. Legs that give increased Handling for Handcannon... Arms that give increased Handling for Sidearms... Legs that give Kneepads... Seriously, these used to be basic legendary perks. I love the Trapper Nightstalker, since the quick Circle skill cool down gives me a Dodge roll and 3s stealth. Smoke Grenades feature Radar Decoy functionality now. Meaning that while they persist in the world, enemy radar will show that there's an enemy at it's position. (I've killed many people who slide around corners trying to get that darned Smoke Grenade kill). The Grenade slot feels a little tricky, (wish we had suppression grenades), but the persistent grenades are some beautiful pieces of work in objective based gameplay (slaughter people trying to disarm, for example). I know this style isn't popular for a majority of players, but I'm a Sharpshooter-type Camper. I just wish Shadowshot felt a little more valid somehow... I think I would prefer an exotic that offers it an increased duration or something.

        • It's alright. Still good for CC, orb generation, and giving Crits to abilities that can't normally crit like supers. Hunters are very strong right now. Nighthawk GG, arcstrider for heavy damage to crowds and bosse, and Nightstalker for orbs / CC. Maybe a few minor tweaks would be cool but Titans are the class that needs buffs, not Hunters.

            • My hunter is very useful. Maybe you just aren't useful with the hunter. Hunter has some of the best exotics(Orpheus rig, celestial nighthawk, raiden flux). Really nothing else to say, those 3 exotics are extremely potent in the right hands.

              • I agree 100%. Tether no longer increases damage against bosses and doesnt increase damage for heavy weapons. Nobody ever complained about tether being too powerful so why did they bother doing this? I will never use void subclass until this is fixed.
